Cancellation Policy
At Quick Traveller, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fairness for all parties involved.
1. General Cancellation Terms:
- Notice Period: To cancel a booking, please notify us at least 30 days before the scheduled departure date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure may incur penalties as outlined below.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation date. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
2. Cancellation Fees:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Deposits:
Certain packages or promotional offers may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, except where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond the traveler’s control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).
4. Special Circumstances:
- Medical Emergencies: If a cancellation is due to a medical emergency, please provide relevant documentation. We will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.
- Government Travel Restrictions: In cases where government-imposed travel restrictions prevent the trip, we will offer a full refund or credit towards future travel with Quick Traveller.
5. Changes to Bookings:
- Itinerary Changes: Any changes to the itinerary requested after booking may incur additional fees. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
- Name Changes: Name changes on bookings are permitted up to 7 days before departure, subject to a $25 fee per change.
6. Force Majeure:
Quick Traveller is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest. In such cases, we will work to provide alternative solutions or reschedule the trip, but refunds may not be available.
7. Travel Insurance:
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation or changes to your travel plans.
